Symptoms

SSD 报告错误，并且在驱动器警报发出之前 iDRAC 显示环境系统温度过低。错误可能出现在多个驱动器上，也可能出现在环境中的多个系统中。

Cause

戴尔驱动器要求在生产作期间环境温度保持在 0C 度以上。在最低温度下运行的驱动器超过设计规格，并且可能会报告 SMART 预测性故障，因为整体设备运行状况受到影响。

LifeCycle Controller 日志显示，在驱动器报告故障前数小时或数天，系统入口温度出现低温警告或严重事件。

Resolution

如果戴尔固态硬盘报告因在设计环境规格之外运行而导致的故障，则可能需要更换，并且可能不在标准系统保修范围内。
一旦驱动器报告预测性故障，其可靠性就会降低，并且无法清除 SMART 警报。
