從 2024 年 6 月起，Dell 提供購買不含 AC 變壓器的筆記型電腦或平板電腦的選項

 

此產品適用於歐盟 (EU) 平板電腦、筆記型電腦及其他特定無線裝置的通用充電器指令 (指令 (EU) 2022/2380)。

由於此變更，當電腦因電源問題進行故障診斷時，第三方 AC 變壓器可能會成為問題。

使用低功率 AC 變壓器的問題

 

使用低瓦數 AC 變壓器時，可能會發生下列問題：

  • 觸發低瓦數 BIOS 通知。
  • 觸發低瓦數 ChromeOS 通知。
  • 電池無法充電。
  • 當電腦連接至交流電源時，電池會繼續耗盡。
  • 電池以較低速度充電。
  • 如果電池已耗盡，電腦可能無法完成 POST。
  • 電腦效能比預期慢。

部分電腦擁有者可能會嘗試使用智慧型手機 AC 變壓器為電腦充電。(又稱行動電話充電器、手機充電器或蜂巢式電話充電器。)通常，使用手機充電器可能需要幾個小時才能緩慢地為已關閉的電腦充電。

在故障診斷無電源或 AC 變壓器問題時，您應記住以下幾點：

  • 檢查 AC 變壓器是否為 Dell AC 變壓器，且是否為電腦適用的正確瓦數。如欲瞭解 AC 變壓器需求，請參閱 Dell 支援網站上的擁有者手冊。
  • 檢查 AC 變壓器是否與 USB PD 相容。
  • 如果 AC 變壓器並非 Dell 變壓器，請判斷 AC 變壓器的瓦數，並確定其符合開啟電腦所需的最低功率。
  • 如果可能，請確定 AC 變壓器可在另一部類似的電腦上運作。

為保護電腦，Dell 會限制非 Dell 變壓器的最大瓦數：

  • 會在 BIOS 中將 Latitude 3140 筆記型電腦限制在 65 W
  • 會將 Latitude xx30 機型限制在 90 W
  • 會將 Latitude xx40 機型限制在 96 W 或 98 W
  • 會將 Latitude xx50 機型限制在 96 W
  • 會將 Precision xx80 機型限制在 96 W 或 98 W
  • 會將 Precision xx90 機型限制在 96 W
