BIOS 更新程序完成後，OptiPlex 或 ChengMing 桌上型電腦可能會停止回應。電腦可能不會自動重新開機。

問題發生在重新開機順序上。電腦無法進入正常的重新開機週期，並在未知狀態停止。螢幕關閉時，電腦似乎處於電源關閉狀態，但電腦處於未知的開機模式。輕輕按下電源按鈕無法喚醒電腦以重新開機。
