Symptoms
在 PowerMaxOS 升級至 10.2 後，所有 Solutions Enabler （symcli） 命令傳回錯誤「要求的功能不支援此微碼或 SYMAPI 版本」。
Cause
獨立的 Solutions Enabler 版本與陣列中執行的 PowerMaxOS 版本不相容。
Solutions Enabler 10.2 是管理 PowerMaxOS 10.2 陣列所支援的版本。

SYMAPI 資料庫訪問不向前相容，因為 SYMAPI 程式庫無法存取由較新版本的 SYMAPI 應用程式建立的資料庫。例如，如果本地庫的版本與本地 SYMAPI 資料庫的版本不同步（作為從 SYMAPI 用戶端嘗試存取 V10.3 資料庫的 V8.0 SYMAPI 庫呼叫），則會返回錯誤：SYMAPI_C_DB_FILE_TOO_NEW。此限制僅與本地資料庫相關。在用戶端/伺服器環境中，對更高版本的伺服器資料庫的訪問由 SYMAPI 自動解析，SYMAPI 在用戶端和伺服器之間執行所有必要的資訊轉換。
