Symptoms

Cause
独立的 Solutions Enabler 版本与阵列中运行的 PowerMaxOS 版本不兼容。
Solutions Enabler 10.2 是支持 PowerMaxOS 10.2 阵列的管理版本。

SYMAPI 数据库访问不向前兼容，因为 SYMAPI 库无法访问由较新版本的 SYMAPI 应用程序创建的数据库。例如，如果本地库的版本与本地 SYMAPI 数据库的版本不同步（作为来自 SYMAPI 客户端尝试访问 V10.3 数据库的 V8.0 SYMAPI 库调用），则返回错误：SYMAPI_C_DB_FILE_TOO_NEW。此限制仅与本地数据库相关。在客户端/服务器环境中，SYMAPI 会自动解析对更高版本的服务器数据库的访问，SYMAPI 会在客户端和服务器之间执行所有必要的信息转换。
