Symptoms

Viene visualizzato un errore di schermata blu quando si utilizza un'immagine di Windows su un sistema con chipset Intel Core Ultra 200V (Lunar Lake), MST (Windows Installer Transform), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) o altri processi di imaging.

Se il controller SSD del BIOS sul computer di origine (modello non Lunar Lake) è impostato su IRST RAID ON durante la creazione di un'immagine di sistema Windows, il computer di destinazione (Intel Core V200) si riavvia con un errore di schermata blu 0xc0000001 durante il completamento della reinstallazione di Windows.

Il chipset Intel Core Ultra 200V (Lunar Lake) supporta solo l'impostazione del controller di storage SSD AHCI/NVMe.

Nota: La nuova creazione dell'immagine utilizzando Dell BIOSConnect o Dell Operating System Recovery Tool (DORT) non causa questo problema.

Nota: La maggior parte di questi sistemi dispone anche di una configurazione Intel Raptor Lake o Intel Arrow Lake che supporta IRST e RAID ON.

Cause

Questi sistemi non supportano l'impostazione RAID ON SATA/NVMe nel BIOS.

Un'immagine di Windows creata su un sistema con il controller SSD del BIOS impostato su RAID ON non è compatibile con l'impostazione del controller del BIOS AHCI/NVMe.

Resolution

Immagine Windows

È necessario creare un'immagine Windows su un sistema con l'impostazione del controller SSD del BIOS impostata su AHCI/NVMe e installare tale immagine Windows su tali sistemi.

Soluzione alternativa:
Quanto segue può essere utilizzato come soluzione alternativa.

Se un sistema visualizza schermate blu per questo problema:

  1. Riavviare il sistema e visualizzare l'errore di schermata blu altre due volte.
  2. Dopo la terza schermata blu, viene visualizzato il menu di risoluzione dei problemi.
  3. Selezionare l'opzione per l'avvio in modalità provvisoria nel menu di risoluzione dei problemi e riavviare.
  4. Il sistema dovrebbe avviarsi sul desktop in modalità provvisoria.
  5. Attendere 30 secondi, quindi riavviare il sistema.
  6. Il sistema dovrebbe riavviare Windows in modalità controller AHCI.
