Symptoms

使用 MST（Windows 安装程序转换文件）、System Center Configuration Manager （SCCM） 或其他映像进程在具有 Intel Core Ultra 200V （Lunar Lake） 芯片组的系统上使用 Windows 映像时，出现蓝屏错误。

如果在创建 Windows 系统映像时源计算机（非月湖型号）上的 BIOS SSD 控制器设置为 IRST RAID ON，则目标计算机（英特尔酷睿 V200）将在完成 Windows 重新安装时重新启动并显示0xc0000001蓝屏错误。

英特尔酷睿超 200V （Lunar Lake） 芯片组仅支持 AHCI/NVMe SSD 存储控制器设置。

提醒：使用 Dell BIOSConnect 或戴尔作系统恢复工具 （DORT） 重新创建映像不会导致此问题。

Resolution

Windows 映像

必须在 BIOS SSD 控制器设置为 AHCI/NVMe 的系统上创建 Windows 映像，并将该 Windows 映像安装到这些系统。

解决方法：
可使用以下内容作为解决方法。

如果系统蓝屏此问题：

  1. 再次重新启动系统至蓝屏错误两次。
  2. 在第三个蓝屏之后，将显示故障处理菜单。
  3. 在故障处理菜单中选择引导至 安全模式 的选项，然后重新启动。
  4. 系统应在安全模式下启动至桌面。
  5. 等待 30 秒钟，然后重新启动系统。
  6. 系统应在 AHCI 控制器模式下重新启动 Windows。
