Symptoms
不穩定的磁碟機 （反覆離線和連線） 可能會在系統中保持活動狀態。這種情況可能會觸發非預期的內部軟體模組錯誤或間歇性效能下降。
Cause
在 PowerStoreOS 軟體中實作磁碟機退回計數閾值。為避免對系統造成負面影響，如果不穩定的磁碟機在一段時間內多次彈跳，此閾值會強制其故障。
但是，在此閾值的處理和計數邏輯中發現軟體問題。此問題可能會導致系統無法在正確的時間讓不穩定的磁碟機故障。這種情況最終可能會導致軟體模組錯誤或間歇性效能下降。
Resolution
此問題已在 PowerStoreOS 4.1 版中解決。
因應措施
使用舊版，更換故障的磁碟機。
