Symptoms
A Dell Pro Max 14 MC14250 with a unified memory architecture (UMA) configuration may experience CPU performance drops. The battery may drop 3% to 5% even with the power adapter connected. This only occurs when two USB devices (one USB Type-C and one USB Type-A) are connected to the Dell Pro Max MC14250 simultaneously while the 65 W power adapter is connected.
