Symptoms

UHD kan niet worden ingesteld op een monitor die is aangesloten op het HD22Q dockingstation met behulp van een DP-kabel

 

De Dell monitor geeft alleen 4K@60Hz uit onder de volgende omstandigheden: (Waar de monitor 8K@30Hz kan ondersteunen.)

  • De adapter kan via een HD22Q dock met een DP-kabel worden aangesloten op een Dell laptop of mobiel workstation (met aparte UHD NVIDIA graphics)

Bijwerken naar NVIDIA Quadro Txxx0/RTX xxx0/RTX Axxx0/GeForce RTX xxx0 Graphics Driver and NVIDIA Control Panel Application Versie 32.0.15.7340, A33 of later op de laptop het probleem oplost.
