Computers that have the collaboration touchpad (DPN 16MN7) may experience the touchpad being unresponsive to user input. The issue is most seen when the computer has been woken from sleep. However, this can also be seen during use but less frequently.
- After fifteen minutes, touchpad functionality may resume.
- Customers have reported that the issue is resolved by restarting the computer.
- It does not affect external mouses.
