Symptoms

Precision 7875 塔式工作站无法启动至 PXE 服务器并继续启动至作系统 （OS）。当您将 BIOS 设置设置为以下项时，会发生这种情况：

  • 通过 LAN 唤醒 （WOL） 设置为“LAN with PXE Boot”
  • 深度睡眠设置为“已禁用”，并且 Realtek 1G NIC 卡可从 S5 睡眠状态唤醒（关闭）

Cause

Precision 7875 塔式工作站找不到 PCIe 端点 LAN 设备电源管理事件 （PME） 状态。如果设置了 WOL，这会导致计算机无法启动至 PXE。

Resolution

要解决此问题，请手动更改 BIOS 中的以下设置：

  • 将“Deep Sleep”设置为“Enable S4/S5”（默认）
  • 将“Boot Sequence”设置为“Onboard Realtek 1G LOM”或“NIC X710 DA2”卡以进行 PXE 引导。
