Symptoms

Windows 10 gir ikke innebygd støtte for Thunderbolt 5-funksjoner. På de berørte plattformene som er oppført nedenfor, fungerer derfor Thunderbolt 5-porten i modus for multifunksjons DisplayPort (MFDP). I denne modusen støtter porten to baner med DisplayPort-videoutgang og USB 3.0-dataoverføring.

Selv om porten på den bærbare PC-en er merket som Thunderbolt 5, krever full Thunderbolt 5-funksjonalitet et operativsystem med riktig støtte.

Cause

Resolution

Hvis du oppgraderer datamaskinen til Windows 11 versjon 23H2 eller nyere, gjenopprettes full Thunderbolt 5-funksjonalitet.
