Symptoms

Windows 10 har inte inbyggt stöd för Thunderbolt 5-funktioner. Det innebär att Thunderbolt 5-porten på de berörda plattformarna som anges nedan fungerar i MFDP-läge (Multi-Function DisplayPort). I det här läget har porten stöd för två banor med DisplayPort-videoutgång och USB 3.0-dataöverföring.

Även om porten för den bärbara datorn är märkt som Thunderbolt 5 kräver full Thunderbolt 5-funktionalitet ett operativsystem med korrekt support.

Cause

Resolution

Om du uppgraderar datorn till Windows 11 version 23H2 eller senare återställs alla Thunderbolt 5-funktioner.
