Workarounds & Mitigations

The following workaround can be put in place to reduce feasibility of exploitation until an upgrade to a fixed release, or patch can be applied.

To help mitigate brute force attacks, the following can be configured:

isi auth settings global modify --failed-login-delay-time <duration>

This setting is available and applies in each, most recent, LTS releases.
