Symptoms

En kunde arbejder på at konfigurere LDAP på systemet og har et problem med, at LDAP-serverforbindelsen mislykkedes.

Der kunne ikke oprettes forbindelse til LDAP-serveren. Kontroller igen, at din LDAP-konfiguration under Bibliotekstjenester rapporteres på siden "Konfigurer LDAP-serverlegitimationsoplysninger".

LDAP Domain = jstone.mystore.com
Distinguished Name=CN=unity-service, CN=Users, DC=jstone, DC=mystore, DC=com
Password=matched to domain account password set for unity-service in Active Directory
Port=389

Klik på <Anvend,> og bekræft derefter loginoplysninger. >> Meddelelsen Forbindelse mislykkedes vises.

 

Cause

NTP blev ikke konfigureret.

 

Resolution

Når NTP er indstillet, fungerede LDAP-godkendelsen korrekt.

  1. Kontroller netværksforbindelsen mellem Unity og LDAP-serveren. Du kan se CLI-vejledningen /net/util/ping eller /net/util/traceroute for at kontrollere den.
