Note:
- This article applies to Microsoft 365 subscriptions acquired via the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program from Dell. This excludes Microsoft 365 consumer products such as Microsoft 365 Personal, Family or licenses purchased with a new Dell system.
- This article does not apply to Microsoft 365 subscriptions acquired through a channel partner.
To locate your Microsoft Online Portal login credentials, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Dell Customer Portal.
- Go to the Office 365 tab > General.
- Your login and password will be listed.
- Use these credentials to log in to the Microsoft Online Portal.
