Symptoms

HTTPS-connect-homes kunnen niet worden overgedragen naar secure connect gateway

Cause

Secure Connect Gateway 5.0 heeft TLS 1.0 standaard uitgeschakeld via het systeem voor zowel nieuwe installaties als upgrades van Secure Remote Services.

Resolution

ATMOS: HTTPS  Communicatie  is niet compatibel  voor dit product en Secure Connect Gateway. FTP en SMTP worden nog steeds ondersteund. Als u via HTTPS bent verbonden, moet   u de configuratie opnieuw configurerenConnectEMC  via FTP of SMTP. 


DCA: HTTPS-communicatie is niet compatibel voor dit product en secure connect gateway. FTP en SMTP worden nog steeds ondersteund. Als u via HTTPS bent verbonden, moet   u de configuratie opnieuw configurerenConnectEMC  via FTP of SMTP. 


VNX: 

  • HTTPS-communicatie is niet   compatibel voor dit productmet   codedie wordt uitgevoerdonder  BlockOE versie 05.33.009.5.231 en file OE versie 8.1.9.231. FTP/SMTPworden nog steeds ondersteund 

  • Als u HTTPS-verbindingen wilt gebruiken, moet uuw VNX-systeem upgraden naar  de  bovenstaande code ofConnectEMCopnieuw configureren omFTP/SMTP  te gebruiken    


VNXe: 

  • HTTPS-communicatie is niet compatibel voor dit   product met code die hieronder wordt uitgevoerd3.1.10  

  • Als u HTTPS-verbindingen wilt gebruiken, moet u   uw VNX-systeem upgraden naar de code hierboven ofConfigureren  ConnectEMComFTP/SMTP  te gebruiken    


ViPR: HTTPS-communicatie is niet compatibel voor dit product en secure connect gateway. FTP en SMTP worden nog steeds ondersteund. Als u via HTTPS bent verbonden, moet   u de configuratie opnieuw configurerenConnectEMC  via FTP of SMTP.
