Les certificats Microsoft Secure Boot 2011 expirent à compter de juin 2026 et Microsoft a commencé à envoyer des messages aux clients Windows.

Les certificats Secure Boot sont utilisés dans le cadre du processus Secure Boot qui permet de protéger votre ordinateur contre les bootkits, un type de logiciel malveillant conçu pour infecter le chargeur de démarrage ou le processus de démarrage d’un client, permettant ainsi l’exécution de code malveillant sur l’ordinateur. Une fois les certificats expirés, l’ordinateur n’est plus en mesure de recevoir les mises à jour pour les composants Windows Boot Manager et Secure Boot.

Les clients Dell doivent commencer à examiner leurs ressources et processus internes pour s’assurer qu’ils sont prêts pour la prochaine modification de certificat Microsoft. Il est également recommandé aux clients disposant de leurs propres processus de déploiement (par exemple, à l’aide de WinPE) ou d’images personnalisées de commencer à préparer la gestion des nouveaux certificats 2023.
Cause
Les certificats Secure Boot Microsoft 2011 expirent en juin 2026.
Resolution
Dell collabore avec Microsoft pour s’assurer que les appareils Dell sont prêts. Microsoft prévoit de commencer à mettre à jour la base de données Secure Boot active via Windows Update à partir du second semestre 2025. En parallèle, Dell met à jour les bases de données Secure Boot par défaut avec des mises à jour du BIOS pour contenir les nouveaux certificats de Microsoft, un effort qui a débuté en 2024.
Tout au long de l’année 2025, Dell ajoute le certificat 2023 à toutes les plates-formes éligibles. Pour les ordinateurs qui ne figurent pas dans la liste ci-dessous, mais qui sont toujours expédiés depuis l’usine, le BIOS installé en usine est mis à jour avec les nouveaux certificats. Pour les ordinateurs déjà sur le terrain, Dell Technologies recommande de maintenir le BIOS de l’ordinateur à jour pendant cette période afin de s’assurer que le certificat 2023 figure dans la base de données Secure Boot par défaut. En outre, Dell a commencé à ajouter l’expression ; Ce BIOS contient les nouveaux certificats Secure Boot 2023, dans le champ Informations importantes de la page Détails du pilote sur.

- Saisie du modèle de l’ordinateur
- Choisir les pilotes et téléchargements
- Sélectionnez la catégorie BIOS
- Cliquez sur la version du BIOS disponible, puis cliquez sur En savoir plus sous Informations importantes
- Recherchez Ce BIOS contient les nouveaux certificats Secure Boot 2023
