Symptoms
Après la mise à niveau d’Unity OE vers la version 5.5.3, le bilan de santé a signalé l’erreur suivante :
PUHC failure:
Data Movers: Checking Status............................................Fatal error detectedCause
L’erreur fatale signalée lors du bilan de santé préalable à la mise à niveau (Pre-Upgrade Health Check, PUHC) se produit car le svc_connectivityservices -s La commande signale une défaillance.
Resolution
Si des problèmes sont identifiés dans les résultats de l' svc_connectivityservices -s ou svc_supportassist -s , résolvez les problèmes, puis réessayez d’exécuter le bilan de santé.
