Dopo l'aggiornamento di Unity OE alla versione 5.5.3, il controllo integrità ha segnalato il seguente errore:
PUHC failure:
Data Movers: Checking Status............................................Fatal error detectedCause
L'errore irreversibile segnalato durante il controllo integrità pre-aggiornamento (PUHC) si verifica perché il svc_connectivityservices -s Il comando segnala un errore.
Resolution
Se nei risultati della survey vengono individuati problemi svc_connectivityservices -s oppure svc_supportassist -s , risolvere i problemi e quindi riprovare il controllo integrità.
Fare riferimento all'articolo della KB Dell Unity: Connectivity Services (in precedenza SupportAssist) ha avuto esito negativo durante il controllo integrità della procedura di ripristino.
