Säker anslutningsgateway – Ändring av autentiseringsuppgifter för HTTP-proxy fungerar inte på gateways som uppgraderats från SRS 3.52

Symptoms

Om du försöker ändra proxyinloggningsuppgifterna efter migrering från SRS 3.52 till SCG 5.20 (som är den enda migreringsväg som stöds) förlorar du anslutningen mellan gatewayen och Dell.

Cause

Problemet uppstår endast om proxyautentiseringsuppgifterna uppdateras efter en SRS 3.x till SCG 5.20-migrering. Mosquitto.service sågs ta lösenordet som konfigurerats i mosquito.conf-filen snarare än de autentiseringsuppgifter som lagras i LockBox. Det observerades att de uppdaterade autentiseringsuppgifterna lagras i Lockbox, men mosquitto.conf uppdateras inte. Eftersom prefixet för lösenordet är mosquito.conf-filen användes de gamla inloggningsuppgifterna.

Resolution

Uppgradera SCG-gatewayen från 5.20 till en senare version, vilket tar bort de gamla inloggningsuppgifterna från mosquitto.conf.

Alternativt, om gatewayen måste finnas kvar på v5.20, använder du följande steg:
  • Använd nya inloggningsuppgifter från SCG-webbgränssnittet igen när det är anslutet.
  • SSH-anslut till SCG-VE och logga in som root.
  • Ange SRS-behållaren med 
    docker exec -it esrsde-app bash
  • Kommentera ut lösenordet från mosquitto.conf genom att använda kommandot nedan
  • sed -i 's/proxy_password/#proxy_password/g' /etc/mosquitto/conf.d/mosquitto.conf
  • Starta om Mosquitto-tjänsten: 
    wd stop esrsmosquitto                                                                                                  
wd start esrsmosquitto
  • Logga ut från containern och SSH-sessionen: 
    exit
exit
  • När stegen ovan har tillämpats hämtas autentiseringsuppgifterna från Lockbox.
