Symptoms

Dette problemet oppstår når flere AppSync CLI-pålogginger forsøkes samtidig. Problemet er svært intermitterende.
 

Brukeren kjører AppSync CLI for å kjøre en serviceplan, vise alle kopier og montere/demontere en kopi, men det mislykkes midlertidig.

Cause

AppSync-serveren er designet for å samle listen over roller som er tilordnet brukeren når den er godkjent.

AppSync-serveren samler rolleinformasjonen etter godkjenning og skriver den til en låseboks (dette ligner på en fil) for å hente den senere.
Når AppSync-serveren henter den lagrede informasjonen, slettes den. Hvis flere pålogginger ble prøvd samtidig, slettet imidlertid én økt informasjonen før den hentes av en annen økt. 

For å si det enkelt, dette er et samtidighetsproblem på grunn av flere pålogginger (mer enn en) samtidig

Resolution

Løsningen:
Det finnes en løsning på dette problemet, men det krever hjelp fra EMCs kundestøtte.
