Symptoms

Backups von NDMP-Level Null nehmen viel Zeit in Anspruch.

Avamar erzwingt ein neues NDMP-Level-Zero-Backup, wobei jedoch bereits ein vorheriges Backup für das Dateisystem erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde.

Infomeldungen zum Ausführen eines kompletten Backups: 
2014-05-19 20:49:55 avndmp Info <9573>: [snapup-/root_vdm_37/xxx] No previous suitable backup found, will perform level zero backup.

Cause

Das Avndmp-Plug-in ruft avtar auf, um nach einem vorherigen Backup zu suchen, das als Basis für inkrementelle Backups verwendet werden soll.
Avtar prüft nur die letzten 30 Etikettierungen. Wenn das vorherige Backup nicht innerhalb der vorherigen 30 Bezeichnungen auf Clientebene gefunden wurde, erzwingt avndmp ein neues komplettes Backup.

Resolution

Das inkrementelle Suchlimit kann erhöht werden, indem Sie die  
avndmp flag limit-incremental-search

Erstellen Sie eine avndmp.cmd Datei im Clientverzeichnis auf dem Accelerator Node:
  
/usr/local/avamar/var/<client_name>

Fügen Sie der avndmp.cmd Datei das folgende Flag hinzu:
  
--limit-incremental-search=n

Dabei steht n für die Anzahl der vorherigen zu durchsuchenden Backups. Der Standardwert ist 30.
