Pre 7.x Uses Device Server:

To resolve this issue, enter the full URL of the Device Server all the way to the xapi, including the port. The default port is 8081, but some environments change this, for example:

https://CMGServer.domain.local:8081/xapi

If you are not sure of the Device Server URL, you can obtain this from the registry of a shielded Windows machine:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\CMGShield\Servlet

Post 7.x Uses Security Server:

To resolve this issue, enter the full URL of the Security Server all the way to the xapi, including the port. The default port is 8443, but some environments change this, for example:

https://CMGServer.domain.local:8443/xapi/

If you are not sure of the Security Server URL, you can obtain this from the registry of a shielded Windows machine:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\CMGShield\Servlet
