Instructions

Note: This is addressed in PowerStoreOS version 2.0.1.0.

The initial release of code for PowerStore 500T does not display the LED.

The "Do Not Remove" or "Unsafe to Remove" LED on the active or peer node would be ON as noted in the Power Down Guide.

Correctly identify the node that needs removal.

You must be aware of the node that you have powered down and ensures you remove the correct node. If the active node is pulled, this may result in data uUnavailable or data loss condition.

To verify that the node has powered off, check the status of the LEDs in the rear of chassis. No lights should be on for any I/O modules. Other than the LEDs for the power supply unit, management port, and service port, all LEDs on the node must be OFF.
