PowerEdge: HWC1110 event reported during iDRAC Firmware update on R360, T360, R260, T160

Symptoms
There is an additional "HWC1110" event recorded in the Lifecycle Controller log after updating the iDRAC firmware from 7.10.70.00 (or before) to 7.10.90.00 (or later).

Cause
The R360, T360, R260, and T160 configuration numbers are changed with the iDRAC firmware 7.10.90.00.
The "HWC1110" is an informational level event.

Resolution
This is a cosmetic issue. The event can be safely ignored.
