ECS：停用IBM Content Manager ECS 上的物件鎖定功能

Symptoms

應用程式受到 501 個錯誤的影響。以下是從 ECS 上的 dataheadsvc.log 觀察到的： 
dataheadsvc.log.20211016-013228.gz:2021-10-16T01:04:12,908 [qtp911357121-41701] INFO RequestLog.java (line 83) 1x.xx.1xx.xx GET //test-bucket/?object-lock= HTTP/1.1 501 3 – 160

Cause

ECS 程式代碼版本 3.6.2 導入物件鎖定功能，但有兩個先決條件可啟用 ECS 上儲存器的物件鎖定：
  • 啟用 ADO 的儲存器無法使用物件鎖定。此問題在 3.7.1 中已解決。
  • 對象鎖定無法與舊版使用者搭配使用。（非 IAM 使用者）

Resolution

此限制已知會影響IBM Content Manager 等應用程式，在啟動後檢查「物件鎖定」。在 3.6.2 之前，ECS 的設計是忽略對象鎖定。3.6.2 后 403 或 404 回傳代碼隨即傳回。

從 3.6.2.1 版本及更新版本開始，視需要使用修補程式可以停用物件鎖定。在3.7中，物件鎖定可於全球停用，或針對特定儲存器啟用或停用。
