Symptoms

В веб-интерфейсе пользователя NetWorker (NWUI) отображается следующее:

Failed to fetch latest counts for Dashboard and Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring service.

 

Из nwui.log:
Linux: /nsr/authc/logs/nwui.log
Windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\logs\nwui.log

17:00:15.942 [https-jsse-nio-9090-exec-7] ERROR c.e.n.c.n.i.MonitoringApi - Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring Service. java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)

Cause

Порт 9095 не прослушивает сервер NWUI.

 

Resolution

  1. Службы NWUI находятся в состоянии «Выполняется».
    Windows: tasklist | findstr nwui
    Linux: ps -ef | grep nwui

  2. Порты NWUI либо не открыты, либо не прослушивают:

    Linux:

    # netstat -ano | grep 9095
# netstat -ano | grep 5435

    Windows:

    > netstat -ano | findstr 9095
> netstat -ano | findstr 5435

 

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ. Порты 9095 и 5435 необходимы для связи NWUI с сервером резервного копирования. Если эти порты не открыты или не прослушивают, обратитесь в группу специалистов по операционной системе или сети, чтобы проверить межсетевой экран операционной системы сервера NetWorker, а также любые межсетевые экраны, которые могут блокировать этот обмен данными.
