1. How to Access the EWS
If your printer is connected to a network you can access the EWS using the printers IP address.
NOTE: - You will need to print a Settings report or Network report (depending on your printer model) to obtain the printers IP address.
- Once you have the printers IP address open your internet browser and type in the printers IP address.
- Use the logon information for your printer model below to access the EWS.
