Cause
這主要是由於 PPMA 無法與 PowerPath/VE 主機通訊，因此導致此錯誤。
Resolution
使用 vSphere ESXi 8.x 主機的 PPMA 3.4 P01 （和更新版） 大多會出現此問題。
這是因為使用者 （已加入 vCenter） 沒有必要許可權，或強制使用者「powerpath@vsphere.local」未用於將 vCenter 新增至 PPMA 3.4 P01。
