Symptoms

POWERStore 상태 점검(PUHC)이CHAP 전송 연결 구성 유효성 검사에  실패하고 다음 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다. "CHAP 인증 실패가 감지되었습니다. 서비스 공급업체에 문의하십시오. (off_release_bsc_check_chap_authentication)" image.png

이 문제에는 0xE10050020201 오류 코드가 사용됩니다.

Cause

PowerStore에서 사용하는 iSCSI 전송 연결의 형식이 iBasic을 지원하기 위해 PowerStore 3.x에서 변경되었습니다. 2.x에서 3.x로 업그레이드한 후 기존 CHAP 전송 연결 형식으로 인해 SDNAS를 사용할 때 NDU가 실패합니다. CHAP가 활성화된 경우 SDNAS를 사용할 때 PUHC 검사에서 기존 iSCSI 전송 연결을 감지합니다.
