Symptoms

SnapVX et zDP présentent une incohérence dans l’affichage des pistes allouées.

SnapVX QUERY FREE les affiche en DEC, tandis que zDP QUERY FREE TGT les affiche dans HEX.

Il est difficile pour l’utilisateur de déterminer si le nombre de TRK ALLOUÉS se trouve dans HEX ou DEC. La documentation ne précise pas cela.

Cause

Il s’agit d’une amélioration de l’affichage pour éviter toute confusion lors de l’exécution de SnapVX QUERY FREE et zDP QUERY FREE TGT.

Resolution

Amélioration de la documentation: 
  • Pour Mainframe Enablers 8.5, le PTF SF85081 a été développé pour corriger le problème. Il est disponible au téléchargement sur le site de support en ligne Dell.
  • Pour Mainframe Enablers 8.4, PTF SF84156 a été développé pour corriger le problème. Il est disponible au téléchargement sur le site de support en ligne Dell.
