Symptoms
Cloud Snapshot Manager (CSM) dashboard reports incorrect protected and unprotected resource totals when compared to actual resources that are protected. This does not affect actual protected resources, or job runs and is only a visual issue.
Cause
A software defect due to unexpected case sensitivity in the dashboard reporting is the cause.
Resolution
This issue expected to be resolved in an upcoming release of the PowerProtect Cloud Snapshot Manager.
