Walk Away Lock Cannot Work in Outdoor Backlight Environment
Walk Away Lock (WAL) cannot work in Outdoor backlight environment and the user screen may not lock.
Affected systems
- MyDell
Cause
The outdoor direct backlight does not enable the system to go into a LOCK state when the user walks away from the system.
Resolution
This feature does not support the Outdoor Backlight Environment, you have to manually lock the system when working on WAL not supported environment.
