上述輸出顯示升級後，裝置必須使用新的中繼資料格式重建，從 3.0.x 升級到 3.5.x 或更新版本時，就會發生這種情況。

函數 contDev_FlushDeviceDirtyDrl_Async 將這些設備視為錯誤，然後設備開始報告沒有梳子。

SDS 追蹤記錄會流轉至「Reset Drl - No comb」行，直到問題解決為止。

 

Cause

在 NDU 的設備元數據重建操作期間，MDM 代碼中可能會發生爭用條件，禁止操作完全完成，並且設備進入它認為它不擁有任何數據的狀態。

 

重新啟動 SDS 服務會強制 SDS 重新連線至 MDM，而 MDM 會在其擁有的梳子上教育 SDS。

 

Resolution

因應措施

若要解決此問題，請在無法結束維護模式的 SDS 上重新啟動 SDS 服務，若要重新啟動 SDS 服務，請執行 pkill sds 命令。
等待 SDS 結束維護模式，然後重試安裝管理員升級作業。
