Symptoms

nmda_sybase_backup.cfg에서 SYBASE_USERKEY를 사용할 때 Sybase 예약 백업이 실패합니다.

policy-workflow-action 로그에 오류가 기록되었습니다.

nsrdasv: CT-LIBRARY error:
ct_con_props(): user api layer: external error: Reading information from secure store failed at com_getenv(HOME)
nsrdasv: Unable to log in to the database <Database name>.
nsrdasv: Unable to log in to the database <Database name>.
nsrdasv: The child nsrdasv exited with a non-zero return code: 65280

"nsrdasv -z <nmda_sybase_backup.cfg>"를 사용한 클라이언트 시작 백업이 제대로 작동합니다.

Cause

설계된 대로 작동합니다.
Sybase 사용자 저장소 기능은 수동 백업에만 지원되며 예약 백업은 지원하지 않습니다. 

Resolution

Sybase OS 사용자로 로깅할 때 nsrdasv 명령을 사용하여 클라이언트 시작 백업을 실행합니다. 

예제 명령은 다음과 같습니다.

$ /usr/sbin/nsrdasv -z /nsr/apps/config/nmda_sybase_backup.cfg
