Symptoms

在 nmda_sybase_backup.cfg 中使用 SYBASE_USERKEY 時，Sybase 排程備份會失敗。

在原則-工作流程-動作記錄檔中時記錄錯誤：

nsrdasv: CT-LIBRARY error:
ct_con_props(): user api layer: external error: Reading information from secure store failed at com_getenv(HOME)
nsrdasv: Unable to log in to the database <Database name>.
nsrdasv: Unable to log in to the database <Database name>.
nsrdasv: The child nsrdasv exited with a non-zero return code: 65280

使用「nsrdasv -z <nmda_sybase_backup.cfg>」的用戶端啟動備份運作正常。

Cause

依設計運作。
Sybase 使用者存儲功能僅支援手動備份，不支援定時備份。 

Resolution

使用 Sybase OS 使用者登入時，使用 nsrdasv 命令執行用戶端啟動的備份。 

範例命令如下所示：

$ /usr/sbin/nsrdasv -z /nsr/apps/config/nmda_sybase_backup.cfg
