Symptoms

在 nmda_sybase_backup.cfg 中使用 SYBASE_USERKEY 时，Sybase 计划备份失败。

策略工作流作日志中记录了错误：

nsrdasv: CT-LIBRARY error:
ct_con_props(): user api layer: external error: Reading information from secure store failed at com_getenv(HOME)
nsrdasv: Unable to log in to the database <Database name>.
nsrdasv: Unable to log in to the database <Database name>.
nsrdasv: The child nsrdasv exited with a non-zero return code: 65280

使用“nsrdasv -z <nmda_sybase_backup.cfg>”的客户端启动的备份工作正常。

Cause

这是正常现象。
Sybase 用户存储功能仅支持手动备份，不支持定时备份。 

Resolution

使用 Sybase OS 用户登录时，使用 nsrdasv 命令运行客户端启动的备份。 

示例命令如下所示：

$ /usr/sbin/nsrdasv -z /nsr/apps/config/nmda_sybase_backup.cfg
