Symptoms

启用安全启动时，无法安装 RecoverPoint for VMs 5.3 SP4 修补程序 1 拆分器 vSphere 安装捆绑包 （VIB）。

使用拆分器安装测试安全启动时显示错误：

部署拆分器时 ESXi 主机上出现错误 （/var/run/log/esxupdate.log）：

  • 对于具有 RecoverPoint for VMs 5.3 SP4 修补程序 1 的 vSphere 8.0 环境，不支持安全启动。 
  • 对于具有 RecoverPoint for VMs 5.3 SP4 修补程序 1 的 vSphere 7.0.x 环境，RecoverPoint for VMs 5.3.4.0 拆分器支持安全启动。


vSphere 8.0.x 的解决方法：

  • 在 ESXi 主机上禁用安全启动。
  • 使用 --no-sig-check 选项安装 RecoverPoint for VMs 5.3 SP4 Patch 1 拆分器：
