The PowerStoreOS cluster upgrade failed for unknown reason and the upgrade has rolled back successfully.

Cause
When an issue is detected during the cluster rollback window of PowerStoreOS upgrade, the cluster upgrade rolls back automatically to keep the system stable and prevent service disruption.
Resolution
By design, this alert indicates that the NDU has successfully rolled back.
This means that the cluster is ready for another NDU attempt. However, it is recommended to perform additional steps to help ensure a successful upgrade.

Before the next NDU attempt:
- Run System Health Check (SHC) and Pre-Upgrade Health Check (PUHC).
- Address any errors, alerts, or failures identified during the checks.
- Once all issues are resolved and all system checks pass, proceed with the NDU retry.
