NetWorker: Unable to create a NetWorker client resource using wizard

Symptoms
The NetWorker Management Console (NMC) client wizard operation fails when adding a NetWorker client:
Connecting to host client-name failed. Unable to connect to server. Unable to authenticate with server "client-name . Authentication error, why = Server rejected credential
The NetWorker server can properly resolve the NetWorker client through
nslookup (Fully Qualified Domain Name, shortname, and IP) and the NetWorker Client is also able to properly resolve the NetWorker Server.
Cause
The NetWorker client s resource database (NSRLADB) has invalid certificates and is preventing the authentication.
Resolution
Clear the peer information about the NetWorker server and client.
