Resolution

  • Dell Encryption External Media (tidigare Dell Data Protection | External Media Edition) krypterar inte fjärrenheter, filresurser eller filer i molnet.
  • Det lokala Windows Shield krypterar alla lokala filer per policy. Detta inkluderar den lokala kopian av filer som också sparas upp till molnet.
  • Kopian av filen i molnet ska inte krypteras och kan nås från datorer som inte kör Dell Security-programvaran.
  • Det finns inga kända problem med filen CredDB.cef som laddas upp. Om filerna hämtas till en annan dator som kör Dell Encryption ska de krypteras lokalt. CredDB.cef det går inte att kopiera filen eftersom Dell Encryption blockerar den, och den kan finnas.
