The following video covers the steps to create and troubleshoot issues that are associated process for registering Secure Connect Gateway with the Dell business user account.

The key benefits of a business account are the following:
- You are validating your identity with Dell.
- You are helping to safeguard the equipment you have purchased.
Step 1: Set up a Dell User profile
- Register a new account on www.dell.com
- You must provide a valid business email in this step. (cannot be Gmail or Yahoo so forth)
- You receive a validation email.
- Click the emailed link to confirm your account.
Step 2: Associate the Dell user profile with a Dell account
- To access business content, you must associate your Dell user profile to your Dell account.
- To associate your Dell user profile, you must access a specific support site, such as: https://www.dell.com/support/myservice360/en-us/summary
- In order to ensure that you are requesting the correct type of account, select one of the following options:
- I am an employee of an organization that has purchased Dell Enterprise Products.
- I am an employee of an existing partner for Dell, or I am interested in becoming a partner.
- I need help with my PCs and other personal devices.
- None of these options apply to me.
- If you are an employee of an organization that has purchased Dell Enterprise products, you are entitled to an Enterprise-Level user account and can proceed with the registration process.
- You must use a company email for your Dell user profile, or the association process fails.
- If you have only one company profile, your Dell user profile should be associated with your company profile automatically.
- If you have multiple company profiles, you are asked to associate your Dell user profile to a company profile to which you have access. (This should match the physical address of your business.)
- Notice at this point the checkmark next to your name is black and you should have two new options available in the menu under your name "Manage Company Information," and "Dell Preferences."
- There is another possibility if you do not have a company profile that is created, or one cannot be found during the registration process.
- You are asked to provide company details so a profile can be created.
- Enter any additional identifying information into the "Additional Information" box when filling out this form Such as:
- Site IDs
- Order numbers
