  • ECS Engineering, Quality, and Services leadership are requesting a Field Change Order (FCO) for all customers on ECS 3.7.0.0 to ECS 3.7.0.5.
    • Quality metrics have shown that these versions may be impacted by an increased memory utilization which may cause decreased system performance.
  • The FCO is to upgrade to the latest Target Code, currently ECS 3.8.1.6, which has several fixes and is expected to improve internal memory utilization.
  • Upgrade Service Requests will be opened by Dell Technologies as part of the FCO.
