GUI method:
Name: local
Realm: local
Click Ok.
CLI method:
SSH to UCS and enter :

- Users may sometimes need to add a local domain to allow a fallback login if LDAP/AAA/TACAC's are down.

Solution
Use one of the two methods below to add the local domain:
GUI method:
- Login to UCSM and select the Admin tab.
- Expand User Management, expand Authentication.
- Right-click Authentication Domains and select Create a Domain.
Name: local
Realm: local
Click Ok.
CLI method:
SSH to UCS and enter :
UCS-A# scope security UCS-A /security # create auth-domain local UCS-A /security/auth-domain* # create default-auth UCS-A /security/auth-domain/default-auth* # set realm local UCS-A /security/auth-domain/default-auth* # commit-buffer
