Additional Information
The metadata usages help to estimate what space is available in the Metadata page frame (MDP PF) area. To get exact numbers, engage the Dell Global Support by a service request.
MDP PF alerts are sent at MDP PF usage 85%, 90%, 95%, and 100%. If an array calls home, a service request is opened automatically. Engage Dell Global Support for further details.

Note: It is true that
symcfg list -capacity does not show meta data usage expressed in percentage, but it does show capacity a user can use and what is left free. That includes Snapshot Capacity Resources (TB). That should tell them what lrep resources are being used.
