Cause
可能的硬體問題
Resolution
- 開啟 iDRAC，並檢閱系統事件記錄是否有任何硬體錯誤。
選取 維護 >系統事件記錄：
- 確認作業系統的虛擬磁碟狀況良好：
前往 儲存 >虛擬磁碟：
- 如果上述檢查中沒有硬體錯誤，請重新啟動主機。在主儀表板頁面中，選取 重設系統。
- 如果主機在重新開機嘗試後仍卡住，請將其關閉電源，然後從主機排空殘餘電力。
- 關閉主機電源。
- 從主機拔下電源纜線。
- 按住主機上的電源按鈕 15 秒鐘。
- 重新連接電源纜線，並開啟主機電源。
- 如果問題持續發生，請在 如何收集 TSR 後產生 TSR，並開立支援要求。
