Symptoms

Linux 시스템에서 문제가 발생했습니다. 사용할 수 있습니다 nsrwatch 루트가 아닌 사용자 사용.

그러나 루트 사용자로는 연결에 실패합니다.

오류 메시지: 

Cannot connect to resource database: Security token has expired.

Cause

아래의 오래된 보안 세션 토큰 /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens 가 생성되었습니다.

Resolution

  1. 서비스를 중지합니다.
    systemctl stop networker
  2. tmp 폴더의 이름을 바꿉니다. 
    mv /nsr/tmp /nsr/tmp_old
  3. NetWorker 서비스를 재시작합니다. 
    systemctl start networker
