Symptoms

1.在 Oracle 主机上，您会看到使用接近 100% CPU 的代理服务。

跟踪运行的 copies.db 的使用情况：

lsof -p <pid>
2.转至 /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/dbs/v1 并检查 copies.db

copies.db 的大小将非常大，可能达到数百 GB

Cause

由于数据库“copies.db”的大小较大，因此代理服务会占用大量 CPU 资源进行查询。

Resolution

在 Linux 上，Oracle 主机

1。转至 /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc

2.停止代理服务：

./register.sh --stop

3.转至 /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/dbs/v1

4.重命名以下数据库文件：

copies.db
tasks.db
sessions.db

5.运行以下命令：

conn / as sysdba
SQL> exec dbms_stats.gather_fixed_objects_stats();

6.  返回到 /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc

7.  重新启动代理服务：使用

./register.sh --start

在 Windows SQL 主机上：

1.单击 开始 并键入 services.msc 。

2.停止 PowerProtect 代理服务。

3.转至 C：\Program Files\DPSAPPS\agentsvc\dbs\v1

4.重命名以下数据库文件：

copies.db
tasks.db
sessions.db

5.在 Windows 服务小程序中，启动 PowerProtect Agent 服务
